Once submitted, this online application will be sent to Mr. Gary Fank, our Membership Coordinator, for review.


Please make sure to provide a copy of your DD214 to Mr. Fank either via email at dcggfnofd@hotmail.com or you can bring a copy to the next General Membership Meeting along with your membership dues.  


Your membership application cannot be processed or approved unless/until you have provided a copy of your DD214. You will not be allowed to participate in any Post meetings or social events until your membership application has been approved.
